LEATT Handlebar Kit Launch Control 6.0 – Ø31.8mm

The LEATT Handlebar Kit Launch Control is made of aluminium, 800mm wide with a 31.8mm diameter and includes ReaFlex Grips. Two rise options of 23mm or 38mm.

The 31.8 mm clamp diameter has advanced butting delivering over 15% more flex compared to larger clamp standards. Thus, making the Launch Control 31.8 6.0 class-leading in compliance among aluminium handlebars. This added compliance absorbs bigger impacts and reduces hand and arm pump during long, aggressive rides.

The LEATT Handlebar Kit Launch Control is made from 7050-series aluminium. It has a smaller-diameter construction and thinner wall sections, but doesn’t compromise strength or fatigue performance. This enables a handlebar with balanced steering and controlled flex, offering precise handling without an overly stiff ride feel.
Designed to take hard hits and repeated abuse! Its solid construction avoids the sudden failures often associated with brittle materials.

A 9° backsweep and 5° upsweep promote a neutral wrist position for confident, controlled handling. The 800 mm width adds leverage and stability in rough terrain and helps calm quick steering inputs. It can be cut to suit individual rider preferences.

Two rise options—23 mm and 38 mm—allow riders to fine-tune front-end feel and body position. Both rises feature a super-wide 100 mm clamping zone for secure fitment and consistent steering control across a wide range of stems. Leatt Stem Gravity 6.0
To further reduce fatigue, the bar is paired with Leatt ReaFlex 6.0 grips. The energy-absorbing ReaFlex gel filters high-frequency trail vibrations from chatter and impacts. This helps minimize hand sting and arm pump on rough terrain. A premium two-tone finish, combined with front and top alignment guides, makes setup, roll adjustment, and cutting to length quick and accurate.
